This exhibit was not at all worth my time - even though the guide was very... helpful in explaining the artist's purpose, it made me sad, sick -- i understand that some art is supposed to make us think, make us uncomfortable. I do not think butchered animals that appear to have been tortured is art. I wish I had read the other comments before I set foot in MCA - i would have gone to another museum/gallery. Plus, MCA needs an air handling system - it is unbearably hot and stuffy in there.

i find it very interesting how people react and say such aggressive and offensive things and... they feel completely justified when they believe the art to be offensive. how thin the veneer of society and culture is over our baser instincts. considering that i haven't seen the installation i can't say for myself what i consider to be obscene or offensive or interesting or pretty or whatever about the work, but i do know this, great art makes one feel something and judging from the extremely strong reactions, hirst is a great artist.

This is probably the best show I've seen at the MCA. Red Grooms' 3D prints were... amazing as were the works by Enrique Chagoya. Thanks for making this show happen.

the abstract geometrical pieces were fantasic, the whole show was fantastic! I cant believe that... some of them were prints, so complex, so painterly , wow. wow.

I loved the Shark's Ink exhibition in the paperworks gallery. It was absolutely incredible. The comic... book section was super cool. I only had 20 minutes to check out the work and could have spent hours in that one room. I visited the museum on the first Saturday of the month so the cost was only 1 penny. Such a great deal. The exhibit is absolutely worth the admission fee on a normal business day. Please go check this out. You'll be happy you did!

I actually saw this today in real life, it was one of the most facinating pieces... in the whole art gallery. They green toxic waste was more like a yellow though.

postapocalyptic neon aliens dig through a rift from our dimension into another .... acid fueled toxic... waste dump crawling with multidimensional creeps and freaks . oh I love the color green
