Idea Box
MI 5 Activities
Located on the top floor of the Museum, the Idea Box is an active place for the Museum's innovative educational philosophy, MI 5. This program invites visitors of all ages to experience the Museum based on their own style of engagement: mathematical, musical, verbal, visual, or kinesthetic. The Idea Box is home to our Artist-in-Residence workshops, SmART Brunch Sundays, Open Shelf Films, and MCA DENVER's Teen Council (TeCo), representing students from Denver Public Schools. Fatboys and workshop tables make the Idea Box playful and relaxing for students, families, artists and all creative minds.
The Idea Box is named in honor of The Fox Family.
