The Museum of Contemporary Art seeks a dynamic individual to join our team as the Visitor Services & Retail Manager. In this pivotal role, you will champion positive visitor experiences and drive retail merchandise sales, embodying the museum's commitment to excellence.

We are looking for a part-time customer service-minded individual to provide an excellent and efficient food and beverage service to visitors of the museum via our spectacular downtown rooftop café and bar as well as MCA at the Holiday Theater.

We are looking for a customer service minded individual to assist museum-goers navigate the gallery spaces, communicate museum policies and offer interpretive assistance for the exhibitions to ensure that visitors have an enjoyable experience.
